Description of the company

Randstad Holding N.V., is a company of Dutch origin that is dedicated to offering temporary telecommuting services anywhere in the world, in addition to managing the human resources of its clients.

It was founded by Fritz Goldschmeding in 1960 in the Netherlands, who believed it was possible to improve the temporary labor market, achieving much acceptance, changing the name of the company to Randstad Uitzendbureau in 1964, by 1967 it already owned 32 branches in 4 countries and in 1985 it reached 257 agencies.

By 2018 Randstad was the first group in the world in its area of activity, also operating under the name Tempo-Team.

Currently its head office is located in Diemen, but it has operations in more than forty countries, with more than 26 thousand permanent employees and more than 500 thousand temporary workers hired through its intermediation and administration, it has a total of 3,085 agencies worldwide and 1,110 branches.
