BE Semiconductor Industries N.V., also known as BESI, is a multinational company that develops, manufactures and markets equipment and processes for the creation of semiconductors, used in various sectors such as electronics, cloud services, internet, automotive, energy, LED lighting, among others.

Their products are focused on the creation of assembly equipment such as die attach either single chip, multichip, multi-module, TCB, FOWLP, among others; also in packaging with ultra-thin molding and cutting systems and other work systems such as plating, either with tin, precious metals, copper and other related chemicals, as well as all the service associated with the processes among which they make available to their customers conversion kits, tools, spare parts and others.

It was created in 1995 by its current director Richard Blickman. Today it is headquartered in Duiven, The Netherlands, with a presence in Asia and Europe through seven production and development facilities and ten marketing offices in North America, Europe and Asia, with a total of more than two thousand employees.

Customers include mostly chip manufacturers, independent device manufacturers, both leaders in the field and subcontractors.
