Accenture Limited, is a multinational company dedicated to strategic consulting and outsourcing.

It was founded in Hamilton, Bermuda, in 1989 under the name "Andersen Consulting", as a division of the company "Arthur Andersen", which, after several disputes, agree a separation agreement in which they change their name to Accenture by the union of the two words "accent" and "future", from 2009 moved its domicile to Ireland.

It divides its activities into four work units, called the Workfaces, although it is a way to distinguish the operations according to the clients, since the work groups, internally, are rotating according to operational reasons in the business.

However, in this distribution there are:

  • "Consulting" focused on management consulting, sales improvement, production process and leadership.
  • "Operation", focused on business processes, outsourcing, IT, maintenance, technical support, among others.
  • "Digital and Technology", focused on technological skills, especially in markets such as Brazil, Argentina, India, Mexico and the Philippines.
