TKH Group N.V., is a company dedicated to the technology sector, specifically to the creation of systems for high-growth markets.
It was founded in 1930 by Johannes Cornelis Van Der Lof together with his partner Jan Derk Odink, calling it NV Twentsche Kabelfabriek, entering the Amsterdam stock exchange in 1953 with the intention of expanding internationally, managing in 1980 to become a holding company by acquiring several companies in both the Netherlands and Germany, including TKF, Elektriciteitswerken JC Van der Lof, Elektro-Draad and Grenslandkabel.
