CTP N.V., is a company dedicated to the construction of commercial, industrial and technological parks, including project development, execution, delivery, administration and maintenance.
In 1998 begins the construction of the first business park in charge of the company and in turn the building of its offices, winning a series of awards since then, getting in 2005 to execute the office park Spielberk Office Center, signing in 2009 a loan for the creation of new projects, obtaining income that exceeded the credit just two years later.
In 2013 they deliver their first office building, being qualified, a few months later, as one of the most important industrial developers in Europe, expanding in 2015 to Romania and immediately to Hungary, in 2017 they develop a student housing project, arriving in Bulgaria in 2019 registering an exponential growth the following year.
