Eurocommercial Properties N.V., is a company that owns and manages the management of various shopping centers, hypermarkets and stores in several countries in Europe.
It was founded in 1991, date on which it enters the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, acquiring its first shopping center in France and another in Italy a couple of years later, maintaining the strategy of acquiring this type of buildings in Milan, Florence, Paris, Sweden and the Netherlands, carrying out remodeling or expansion projects in most of them.
