Heijmans N.V., is a company dedicated to the construction industry, combining its functions with real estate development, as well as the necessary technical service, with clients ranging from individuals, homebuyers, governmental entities, companies and businessmen in general.

It was founded in 1923 by Jan Heijmans in Brabant, who built roads, starting as a family business that went from paving roads to manufacturing homes, premises, stores and later shopping centers, developing residential areas and business parks, and was listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange in 1993.

It is organized into four main units:
