Description of the company

Sif Holding N.V., is a long-established organization dedicated to offering the construction of monopile foundations for the energy and marine industry.

It was founded in 1948 by Jan Jacob Schmeitz, they build the first offices and production halls in 1971, going on to manufacture pressure vessels for marine foundations in 2000, entering the stock exchange 16 years later, when they open their second office, reaching abroad in 2019 with the opening of a sales office in Tokyo.

Today they have more than 600 employees and two manufacturing plants located in Roermond, with an area of more than 100,000 square meters, where they specialize in the design and execution of piles, cones, cans, transition pieces, etc., and another one in Maasvlakte, with access to the sea where monopiles are assembled, both in the Netherlands.

Its activities include the construction of two thousand monopiles and transition pieces, the execution of automated production processes, design engineering, TP-free foundations, sorting and logistics services, piles of pins and jacket-type tubulars, among others.
