Brunel Internat N.V., a global network dedicated to connecting specialists in cutting-edge projects, has more than 120 branches in 45 countries, with more than 12,000 specialists and 2,000 clients worldwide.

It was founded in 1975 under the name Multec, when engineer Jan Brand placed a colleague in a temporary position, establishing the first office in Delft. Three years later the business grew rapidly as customers discovered that this system made their processes more flexible and professionals found a possibility to participate in a variety of projects accelerating their careers.

In 1987 they expanded abroad by opening a branch in Belgium, placing highly qualified candidates in the requested profiles, adapting to the legislation of the new markets, changing its name to Brunel in 1989 in honor of Isambard Kingdom Brunel, praised as the best engineer in British history, expanding the sector of work to cover legal areas, Finance, IT, Insurance and Banking, so they founded Euromatch, a business unit dedicated to select and place candidates in these new sectors.

In 1995 they opened Brunel Energy and in 1996 they arrived in Toronto, Canada. Over the years they have positioned themselves in various parts of the world, including the Asia-Pacific region and Germany, entering the Amsterdam Stock Exchange in 1997.
