In 2022, the group held in its real estate portfolio about €1.4 billion, approximately 80% of the properties located in historic city centers, mainly Amsterdam, Madrid, Paris, Utrecht, The Hague, Eindhoven, Breda, Maastricht, Brussels, Bordeaux, Lille, Ghent, Antwerp and Bruges, with the remaining 20% comprising the other amenities such as high quality retail parks.
