Nedap N.V., its full name is NV Nederlandsche Apparatenfabriek, is a Dutch company, headquartered in the Netherlands, with subsidiaries in Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, the United Kingdom and the United States.

It was founded in 1929 and was initially known as Nafa, changing to its current name in 1933. Seven years later they began to develop and commercialize several applications, moving to Groenlo in 1947 when they inaugurated a new factory, becoming listed on the Amsterdam stock exchange in the same year.
