Deutsche Post AG, a mail service provider, delivers parcels mainly in Germany and in various parts of the world, specializes in marketing services and press distribution, and is the corporate brand of DHL Group, the largest mail and logistics group in its country.

The company is Europe's leading provider of postal services and parcel delivery, currently employing approximately 600,000 people, and is positioned in 220 countries, generating around 94 billion euros in revenues by 2022.

In 1995, following the second postal reform in Germany, three companies, Deutsche Post AG, Deutsche Postbank AG and Deutsche Telekom AG, which were initially controlled by the federal government and gradually sold their shares, joined forces to make major investments in technology, logistics and modernization of the infrastructure of the postal centers.
