Naturhouse is listed on the Madrid stock exchange under the ticker "NTH", and despite being a fast-growing company, reported revenues have shown a decline in recent years.

Therefore, despite having a dividend delivery policy calculated in four parts, dividends are not announced or delivered on a constant basis, and their percentage is unstable.

Since payments are not made on a fixed basis, the disbursement schedule is unpredictable, so it is necessary to wait for the respective announcements to be made by the administrative board.

Description of the company

Naturhouse is a Spanish franchise whose mission is focused on the food industry, specifically in the nutritional sector, combining the marketing of nutritional products with personalized dietary advice.

Its operations are distributed through its own or franchised centers, offering natural food supplements, calorie control, breakfast or snacks, as well as beauty and skin care products for skin that has deteriorated as a result of weight changes.

Its beginnings date back to 1986 when Felix Revuelta formed the business group "Kiluva" opening a first store in 1992 called "Naturhouse", whose activity was based on massage and cosmetic care services, then in 1993 he opened his second franchise diversifying the business into the food and dietary sector.

In 1997 it spread throughout Spain and in 1999 it was consolidated in Portugal, today it is positioned in 27 countries located in most of Europe and North America, with more than 2,040 stores.

In 2005, the company came under fire after the Spanish Society of Dieticians and Nutritionists denounced the poor qualifications of the personnel used to evaluate the conditions of its clients, even though the company offered the assistance of a qualified nutritionist.
