It was founded in 2007, with rapid growth in the Irish hotel market, quickly becoming the largest group in its sector, with a presence in Continental Europe and the United Kingdom.
The group has two main brands, Maldron Hotels and Clayton Hotels, operating 22 hotels through Maldron and 27 hotels through Clayton, with the support of other individual brands such as The Samuel Hotel and The Gibson Hotel, which are strategically located on Dublin's waterfront, as well as other sub-brands to broaden the possibilities and experience of customers, including leisure clubs, cafes and restaurants.
On the other hand, they have partnered with other owners to manage their hotels under contract, which allows them to offer their clients accommodation in corporate or tourist sites, providing conference services, event rooms, meetings, among others.
