Talgo, whose official name is "Patentes Talgo, S. L. U." is a company dedicated to the railway industry through the manufacture and maintenance of trains.
Founded in 1942 by Alejandro Goicoechea and José Luis Oriol Urigüen, who marketed their first train, after which, thanks to the boom in business at that time, they were able to develop new prototypes adding more and better technologies. In fact, since 1992 they have been manufacturing high-speed trains, winning awards in Spain and exporting their equipment to the United States, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan and Germany.
